A seasoned Design Leader, I have worked along the entire spectrum spectrum that spans from Service to User Experience & Product Design.
Since the mid 2000's, I have lead and build design teams, in-house and as a consultant, in Germany, the USA and Australia. I have collaborated with organisations and startups in Finance, Insurance, Professional Services, Transportation and the Public Sector.
Due to all the above, I have an impressive failure record to tap into, guiding mentees to navigate their own waters.
