I've built engineering teams twice. I co-founded a remote agency and grew it to about 20 people. Then, as CTO at ++hellohello, I grew engineering from 4 to 15 while revenue doubled. Now I work on my own as a fractional CTO and AI advisor for agencies and SaaS founders.

• Senior engineer to tech lead or EM (30 min): For senior engineers who want to lead. We'll look at where you are now, what your company expects from a lead, and what to do in the next 3 months to get there. Bring your current role, your team size and what's blocking you.
• Ask a CTO about teams, hiring or architecture (30 min): Bring one real problem: a hire you're unsure about, a team that keeps missing deadlines, or an architecture decision you need to make. I've grown two engineering teams and I'll tell you what I'd do in your place.
• Using AI in your engineering work (30 min): How I use Claude, coding agents and the Anthropic API in my daily engineering work, and how you can start. Come with your stack and a task you repeat every week. We'll pick one or two places where AI can save you real time this week.
• Going independent as a fractional CTO (30 min): Thinking about leaving your job to work on your own? I run my own practice as a fractional CTO. We can talk about pricing, finding your first clients, contracts, and what the first year looks like in practice.
