- Grounds up effort in creating/recruiting/managing an R&D department (product, engineering, IT).

- Oversaw P&L, forecasts, roadmaps, HR, and delivery for Product, Engineering, and Support.
- Managed R&D investor relations, data room content, and brought in $multi-million Series A-1. 
- Managed managers of cross-discipline teams (product owners, program managers, software engineers, designers, QA, field engineers) across USA, UK, Belarus, Russia, Lebanon, and Greece. Utilized nearshore and offshore agencies for short term resource, support, QA, and agile training. Topologies inline with product lines for better communication and faster delivery.
- Created new TeleMedicine SaaS product in 6 weeks for COVID NHS Nightingale hospitals (Hands on, small team of 5 Engineers, React, NestJS, AWS Fargate).
