With design, I connect humans to technology — building intuitive interfaces that give experts access to complex data, AI, and analytics so they can decide better and faster. I’ve worked as a consultant and in-house, as a leader and an IC, across start-ups, scale-ups, and global corporations, through an IPO, re-orgs, and layoffs. I care about tech for good, and most of my work helps organisations scale discovery and harness AI through evidence-driven design.
I’ve coached designers and researchers for over 8 years. What sets me apart is combining three perspectives that rarely sit in one mentor — a product strategist, a people leader, and a hands-on practitioner — so I move between craft, career, and strategy as you need.
I help most with strategic UX and influencing, leadership development and hiring — plus portfolio reviews, where I’ve sat on both sides as designer and hiring manager.
