• Coordinated with a team of 11 (myself plus 3 Product Designers, 2 Content Strategists, 2 Design Researchers, Design Research Manager, Design Program Manager, Chief of Staff, Design Ops) to deliver results on 8 tracks of work over 8 months.
• Develop cross-functional team processes for reviewing and delivering experiences, building skills, celebrating, and reflecting.

Contributed to and lead the Stores UX team of 5 product designers, responsible for productivity tools to simplify operational processes and address user needs (customers, field employees, internal employees). We addressed pain points like waiting in line, transactions, product availability, inventory management, and support omnichannel services such as Pick Up In-Store, Order In-Store, and Ship from Store. We also explore innovative early-stage concepts for customer engagement.
• Orchestrated user experience design, spanning a portfolio of 9 digital products; reaching 100k+ employees and 1M+ customers in 3 locales (United States, Canada, Japan), supporting 4 languages (English, Spanish, French, Japanese). 
• Conducted and supervised lean experiments and research initiatives of various fidelities and stages (completed over 20 during the 2019 fiscal year)
• Established processes to ensure adoption of our Design System and adherence to design standards throughout the Agile product development cycle

Conducted research and produced storyboards, service blueprints, user journey maps, lo-fi and hi-fi prototypes to support and best communicate end-to-end product design for the point of sale Sell App with distributed cross-functional Agile teams (San Francisco, Chile, Brazil, and Shanghai)
• Streamlined user experience contributing to 300% faster transaction times, reducing cognitive load for field employees, improving customer satisfaction, and completing over 10 million transactions
• Decreased transaction time and labor by 45% for no-receipt return transactions and improved fraud protection by simplifying the process at the point of sale, integration with a vendor to authenticate customer purchasing behavior

Executed end-to-end product design process for the point of sale Sell App - researched, explored, built and field-tested high-fidelity prototypes with field employees, measured and iterated with an Agile development pod. Transitioned from consultant to full-time employee.
• Optimized the in-store return process, reducing average transaction from 14 minutes to 4 minutes for the most common return transactions
• Collaborated with Product Management, Engineering, Customer Insights, and Store Operations teams, resulting in building trust and influencing the impact of product design within the team
• Reduced UX team turn-around time and increased consistency of icon designs with a tested and formalized process using a reusable icon grid template, design standards, and instructions
