- Managing Web Launches for Electrolux

1) Lead the launch of over 100 websites across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa to enhance the digital presence of Electrolux.
2) Managed the end-to-end website development process, including content creation, design, and user experience optimization.
3) Trained and supported 36 digital marketing managers to implement the digital strategy and adapt content for their markets.

1) Successfully launched over 100 websites, strengthening Electrolux's digital footprint and market presence.

- Pioneering Digital Initiatives at BluePrint Advertising Agency

1) Establish and lead the digital division within the agency, pioneering the integration of digital strategies into client campaigns.
2) Won a significant digital client, Orange Kenya, through a successful pitch presentation and proposal.
3) Introduced innovative digital concepts, including the animation series "Orangemaniacs," to revolutionize advertising in Kenya.

-Results:

1) Successfully launched the animation series "Orangemaniacs," pioneering the use of animations in corporate advertising in Kenya.
2) Increased client engagement and brand visibility for Orange Kenya through strategic digital campaigns and initiatives.
3) Established the digital arm of the agency by winning its first digital marketing agency on retainer, a 1 year contract.

•	Organized the monthly PR Connection calls within the country leads and generate reports for the Middle East Africa region on local market’s PR successes.
•	Assisted in the top story formulation process for the monthly newsletter from all the MEA countries. This was helping the markets get the top newsworthy stories trending in their countries and help them share with other markets to build a strong internal community of best practices.

•	Media buying and creating strategies for clients to market their products innovatively and use the media channels efficiently and effectively within their budgets.
•	Booking ads on various media (print, electronic, digital, billboards etc) and placing them on competitive spots for maximum reach and effect on target audience. 
•	Worked on Accounts such as Wrigleys and Nivea who were major clients for Saracen.

•	Organized the Barclays Bank Step Ahead Walk 2008 that raised funds to build and equip Science laboratories in schools in rural areas.
•	Centre Stage enabled me build relationships with schools and institutions where corporates could help improve via their CSR initiatives which enhanced my communication, fundraising and Event Management skills.  
•	Screening, Recruiting and Training of up to 30 personnel to do in-store promotions in leading retail supermarkets about the CSR and promotion activities undertaken by the company's clients.

Edited the grammar and content of the Involvement newspaper and ensured that it adhered to the Journalism Code of Conduct of Kenya. 
Organized Events that linked the journalism students with the media experts and media houses.

•	Actively involved in developing leaders and empowering the youth to take charge of their lives to change the things in the world for the better. AIESEC being a global youth network enhanced my networking skills around the world while I was working in the organization 
•	Creating opportunities for exchange students from over 100 countries to work and experience Kenya's cultures. This included securing jobs for the students in AIESEC from other countries to come work in companies in Kenya and enabling Kenyan students in AIESEC get opportunities to work abroad.
•	Branding of AIESEC among stakeholders, event management, mentoring, coaching and training members frequently. This also included organising conferences and meet ups between the board of directors from companies that supported AIESEC in Kenya with the University students to gain insights into the working environment and build their professional networks.
•	Facilitating corporate communication, sponsorships and fund raising to support AIESEC.

Worked as a writing and Speech student assistant to help students in their writing of academic papers, delivery & content of speeches and grammar style in accordance to the American and Psychological Association Manual (APA). This was particularly helpful to the students from non English speaking countries.
