I’m Maria, a Senior UX Designer currently shaping digital experiences at Disney. Before this, I spent several years at Google designing core cloud products for high‑stakes environments. Working across industries like media, cloud infrastructure, and financial services has taught me how to bring structure to complexity and guide teams toward clear, thoughtful solutions.

My work centers on systems thinking, product strategy, and the evolving role of design in an AI‑driven world. I care deeply about building experiences that are intuitive, resilient, and grounded in real user needs. I also enjoy helping designers strengthen their decision making, communication, and ability to navigate ambiguity.

I joined ADPList because mentorship has been a defining part of my own path. I had people who supported me early on, challenged my thinking, and helped me grow into the designer I am today. I want to offer that same support to others.
