Head of the area. I am accountable for guiding and mentoring a team of over 15 designers in a specific field, with a primary emphasis on fostering team motivation, nurturing their development, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement through constructive feedback.

As a product design manager, my foremost objective is to support the professional development of designers in alignment with their career aspirations and the quality benchmarks established by our design department.

Facilitating work organization within the department, with a strong focus on continuous process enhancement through fostering discussions on standards and ensuring technical alignment among team members.

Engaging actively in onboarding new members to the design team.

Conducting web and mobile application design processes based on customer surveys and requirements analysis, fostering productive interactions with customers.
Incorporating usability principles (UX/UI) to deliver a high-quality product that prioritizes both aesthetics and an exceptional user experience.

My role encompassed a wide range of responsibilities, allowing me to leverage my expertise in editorial design, persuasive design, and brand identity to contribute significantly to our client’s visual presence and marketing efforts.

I had the opportunity to immerse myself in a diverse range of creative challenges, specializing myself in editorial design, persuasive design, brand identity, packaging design as well as social media management of the most reowned companies in Uruguay.
