I work at the intersection of service design, UX research and product strategy, with a focus on trust, risk and adoption in complex products (regulated sectors, ecosystems, vulnerable populations). Over the past decade, I have worked across Europe, Latin America, Africa and Asia for companies such as Santander, Mastercard, HSBC, Ecobank and Vodacom. I have conducted research and service design across mobile banking, credit, remittances, payments and fraud prevention, working end-to-end from strategy through to solution delivery. My differentiator is the combination of a consulting mindset with an in-house product perspective: fast domain learning, clear problem structuring and strong stakeholder alignment — alongside systems thinking, long-term constraints and a focus on sustained outcomes over time.
