Hi! I'm Maria, from Spain. I've worked in HR for over 6 years and in Tech Talent Acquisition for almost 3 years. I have experience recruiting for early-stage startups, scale-ups, and high-volume recruiting in EMEA and APAC, and I currently hold a generalist role at Mimo, where I focus on culture, performance management, people ops and recruiting.
