Hello there! I'm Mariana, and I bring over 15 years of experience in the field of design. I started my journey as a UX/UI designer, then transitioned into service design and research, and for the past 8 years, I've had the privilege of creating and leading multidisciplinary UX teams.
Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to work in various industries and with teams at different levels of maturity. My focus has always been on designing not just products and services, but also shaping work methodologies, fostering collaboration, and establishing design processes that lead to greater and better outcomes.
In addition, even before completing my formal education, I began my teaching journey to both contribute to and learn from new perspectives.
