- Mentored the team in determining the project resources requirements.

- Lead a multidisciplinary team as Scrum Master, including UX-Designers, Developers, and Geologists;

=> "Old HRT Oil & Gas (this company changed its name to PetroRio in 2014)."<=

- Negotiated new services and surveys (10+ differents contracts);
- Increased the efficiency of the Geodesic Survey production by 10% and delivered the project on time while staying under budget;
- Resolved the data projection deviation and launched a new Geographic Data Base for the company (Solimões Project);
- Trained the topographic team in new technologies (GNSS, TotalStation).

At HRT (now PetroRio) I had the opportunity to work in one of the remotest regions in the world with little or no geodetic support (Brazilian Amazon). The fluvial dynamics in this area is intense, which creates the need for constant mapping. It was a great experience.

- Teams and project management aiming the integration of internal and external data (focused on geospatial analysis);
- Creation of internal standards for topographic and geodetic surveys;
- Cartographic Databases (GDBs) and quality control of topographic and geodetic data;
- Satellite imagery interpretation and map production;
- Field logistics;
- Field surveying as well as geodesic support for seismic teams.

Software used:
- ArcGIS, Trimble Business Center, Topograph, AutoCAD, Blue Marble Geographics, Global Mapper, Geosoft - Oasis Montaj.

- Radar images georeferencing;
- Landsat, ASTER and ALOS image analysis;
- Direct participation in RADAM-D available to the public on the CPRM site (http://bit.ly/2c2Zv6j)
