About Mariano Fernandez Diana
Cloud Senior Manager
I'm a Cloud & Infrastructure leader with 20+ years of experience across IBM, Cognizant, and Accenture, helping organizations navigate complex cloud transformations across GCP, Azure, AWS, and IBM Cloud.
Throughout my career I've led 120+ person delivery teams across Argentina, Brazil, the US, India, and Poland — managing multi-million dollar programs, driving Agile transformations (200+ squads, 2,500+ people), and building cloud-native architectures from the ground up.
I mentor professionals at different stages of their IT journey — from those just starting out and trying to find their path, to semi-seniors looking to level up their skills, to experienced professionals ready to step into architecture or leadership roles.
I can help you with: → Getting started in IT and cloud: where to focus, what to learn first → Growing from junior/mid to senior level faster → Career path from Senior IT to Manager / Architect → Cloud strategy and architecture decisions → Agile adoption in infrastructure and ops teams → How to navigate large enterprise environments (IBM, Accenture, Google ecosystem) → Interview prep for any stage of your career
Fluent in English and Spanish. Based in Argentina, open to mentees globally.
