As a UX/UI designer in an agile bank squad, my role is to collaborate cross-functionally, conduct user research, and rapidly prototype solutions. Integrating design into the agile development process, I ensure stakeholder communication, adapt to changes, and prioritize accessibility and compliance.

- Guiding the team on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers.
- Responsible to facilitating daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospectives.
- Responsible for managing the scrum process with the coordination of Agile coach.

- Producing pixel perfect work, interactions and prototypes.
- Generate the documentation needed for global and local consistency.
- Motion design for usability approach and Accessible Responsive Design.

- Mapping the User Journey and continues communication with Business Requirements.
- Taking part of meetings with our stakeholders, Product Owners, Squads and Tribes.
- Understanding and translating scope, milestones and priorities into a solid UI proposal.

- Work closely with Dev team to validate design ideas and features.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems.
- Develop UI components and prototypes for RWD platforms.
- Some Brand Owners: Allianz, BNP Paribas, Unicredit, Amadeus, Aena, Inditex.

- Participate in the design, analysis, development and evolution of different digital assets
- Corporate websites, online subscription, newsletters campaigns processes.
- Make the proposal of UI interface and their translation into visual elements HTML, Mock-ups.
- Conceive meaningful designs, from concept to execution across multiple formats.
