Manager, Public Sector Transformation at Deloitte
I am a design strategist in Deloitte’s Public Sector Transformation practice who strives to support government teams in tackling complex policy challenges, combining service design, systems design methodologies, and strategy.
Prior to joining the Public Sector Transformation team, I worked at the Ontario Public Service for 4.5 years where I contributed to the inception of and led the Cabinet Office Policy Innovation Hub; an internal consulting team that partners with ministries across the OPS leveraging innovation capabilities such as strategy and strategic foresight, human-centred design, and systems design.
In my former roles, I guided multiple large private and non-profit organizations in successfully developing multi-channel experiences and internal participative frameworks.
As a human-centred design advocate, I have dedicated a fair part of my career to exploring conditions to set up a service design practice in government, building and leading communities of practice, and presenting about new ways to think about user-experience measurement frameworks.
On my free time, I enjoy rock climbing, learning new music instruments, and trying out a diversity of new activities.
