I am a UX Researcher and UX Designer from the Dominican Republic, based in Mexico. With a master's degree in Service Design and work experience from Denmark, as a UX Team of One, and Mexico, as part of a team. Currently working as a UX Researcher for a company that builds software for companies in the energy sector.
Prior to studying and working in design, I studied Computer Engineering and worked in customer service, technical support, and as a front-end programmer. Therefore, I can speak "geek" 🤓.
