Hi, I’m Marina, and I bring 10 years of experience as a Senior Strategic Service Designer. My expertise lies in service design, with my work extending across strategy, innovation, design thinking, facilitation, and organizational transformation—offering a holistic approach from insights to implementation. I’ve led cross-functional teams on large-scale projects, delivering impactful results across industries such as pharma, oil and gas, education, fashion, and more. My experience includes seven years in consultancy at Designit, two years helping establish Adidas' first-ever service design practice, and now I’m working at Mews, a dynamic software scale-up in the hospitality industry.
I currently mentor people in the Nova Talent community, supporting them through career transitions, negotiating new positions, and gaining clarity when they feel stuck. I excel at facilitating complex processes, bridging the gap between business and customer needs, and driving creativity and strategic thinking.
