Hi there 👋 I'm Marion, a product designer & researcher passionate about user friendly products and services, and keen to talk about design, communication and leadership skills.

In the past decade, I have shaped experiences – on and off screen – in Munich 🇩🇪, London 🇬🇧 and Melbourne 🇦🇺, across a diverse range of companies and industries. Recently my focus has been on B2B SaaS, and on leading a team of designers.

• Navigating UX job applications (30 min): Recently, I've hired new product designers for my team, and have reviewed many CVs and cover letters. Through this process, I have identified common patterns that can either elevate or hinder a candidate's chances. In this session, lets review your own CV and/or cover letter that you have tailored for a specific job application and I'll provide constructive feedback for improvement. As job applications and CV formats vary greatly for different geographies, my experience as a hiring manager will mostly help applicants for Australian job opportunities.
