I’m a design strategist, researcher, facilitator, and coach with over 25 years of experience designing and inventing digital products. I’ve led hundreds of design thinking engagements for organizations ranging in size from a few people to thousands in over a dozen industries, including B2B/B2C, Education, Energy/Utilities, Financial Services, Fitness/Wellness, Healthcare, and Retail/Fashion. I specialize in using collaborative methods to enable teams to solve complex challenges through human-centered approaches. I’ve led numerous research projects to identify insights to drive innovation, such as field research with electric utility workers, design and management of pilot programs for a national fitness chain, and facilitation of experience mapping sessions with healthcare providers.
