Hi, I’m Mark. Lead product designer, 25 years, Melbourne. I work on enterprise and regulated platforms, most recently in payments and institutional banking at Woolworths, Macquarie and ANZ.

I specialise in the unglamorous parts. Multi-brand design systems, specifying complex regulated flows so engineers can build them without guessing, and prototyping in the production stack rather than in Figma. I’ve mentored designers in-house and built my own Figma tooling.

Expect direct feedback with a reason behind it. I’m most useful if you’re moving from interface work into systems and specification, or trying to get into fintech or enterprise from consumer design. Less useful on brand and marketing sites.
