I've been a founder, leader, and IC for 30+ years, specializing in product management, UX design, marketing, and technical leadership. My greatest skills are in identifying and recruiting top performers and helping them reach their full potential. Many of the people who have worked with me have gone on to lead large organizations (250+) and/or found new startups. I also have a strong interest in product/UX design and enjoy helping designers and PMs take their designs and their abilities to a new level.
