As a member of the Business Intelligence Team I was the primary market researcher conducting and overseeing primary market research projects and delivering actionable insights to bank leadership. I began my career with EnerBank USA in January 2016 as a Business Analyst. In December, 2018 I was promoted to Research Analyst. I served with the Business Intelligence Team developing and producing business intelligence briefings used by senior management. In addition, I measured and reported on the progress of key strategic goals of the bank, provided reports as needed to guide the day to day operations of each of the Bank’s departments and engaged in original market research to identify SWOT for the bank, and analyzed data through the use of statistics to ensure key findings are significant and robust.
In both of these roles, my duties also include:
•	Identified, collected, and analyzed qualitative and quantitative data for the strategic plan of the bank.
•	Collaborated with the Senior Team to prioritize the future research needs of the bank.
•	Moderated sessions with leaders and employees to generate ideas for improving the customer experience.

While with the University of Utah Development, I was employed as a Prospect Analyst in the Development Office.  I supported the development and implementation of the fundraising strategy by conducting constituent research and analysis and assisted in the design and implementation of marketing strategies. Additional responsibilities included:					     
•	Identifying, collecting, and analyzing qualitative and quantitative information to evaluate existing and potential prospects 
•	Conducting biographic, business, and financial research on individuals and organizations 
•	Applying statistical models and data segmenting techniques for identifying top prospects
