I am Marta Serrano from Spain. I was a graphic designer when I moved to San Francisco. There I discovered the startup world in 2011. Currently, I collaborate and work in more than 20 startups as a freelance project and working internally.

I would like to help people that want to switch careers path and needs some advice based on my professional experience. It's always good to see other people path and learn how for example we as a mentor came upon the position we currently are. For example, I am Head of product and cofounder at Bravo Studio.

Also, would be nice to learn from other mentors and leaders to see how did they grow as well.
