From identifying skill gaps to exploring potential career paths, I'll help you reach your goal in only a few months. Our sessions will be focused on you and how to use your strengths to get further in your role or reach a promotion.
• Mentorship Session (30 min): Mentorship session
• Portfolio Review & Revamp (45 min): In these mentorship, we'll review your existing portfolio and provide constructive feedback for improvement. You'll receive guidance on enhancing visual appeal, organizing content, and targeting specific audiences. Revamp your portfolio to make a lasting impression and increase your chances of landing dream projects or job opportunities.
• Design job Mockup Interview (45 min): Book this session if you are looking for a way to get ready for an interview for a Design job and gain confidence before the real meeting happens! We will simulate the experience of a real design job interview. You will encounter a series of common questions that hiring managers typically ask, providing you with the chance to practice your responses and enhance your confidence for your next opportunity. The focus will be on honing your storytelling skills and presenting your work in a compelling manner, essential elements that can significantly elevate your candidacy. At the conclusion of the interview, you will receive feedback aimed to improve your performance, highlighting areas for improvement and strategies to make your presentation more captivating. To ensure a productive session: - please come prepared with your CV and portfolio, - share details about the specific role and level you are targeting in the booking message. Please, book this session at least 1-2 weeks in advance so that I can have enough time to take a look at your profile.
• Becoming an effective Design or UX team lead (45 min): Stepping into the role of a design or UX team lead can be both exciting and daunting whether you are an internal promotion or newly appointed. In a series of 3 sessions I will guide you through the essential first steps to establish your presence as a leader. We will explore key strategies for gaining trust and respect from your team while focusing on building influence that fosters collaboration and creativity. Together, we will address the challenges that come with this transition, allowing you to share your questions and concerns. Drawing from extensive experience in design, product development, and talent acquisition, I will provide insights on how to inspire your team to thrive in a dynamic environment. By the end of our time together, you will have a clear understanding of how to navigate your new responsibilities with confidence and empower your team.
