About Marta Guerra

Senior UX Designer at Amazon

I am a Lead UX Designer at Amazon that loves helping others to succeed. I feel that I am obsessed (in a good way) with people's happiness and have chosen this career in the hopes of changing the world.

I have 12+ years of experience leading designs for web and mobile apps for large corporations, such as Safra National Bank of New York (Mobile Banking and Payments), Ultimate Software (HCM), Citrix Systems (Cloud Computing), Nissan, Mitsubishi, and now a proud member of the Amazon AWS Design team!

I am also co-author of "Feature Sprints", an Amazon best seller book about collaborative design methods to leverage the collective wisdom, boost team productivity, and engagement.
