In the Customer team:
• Redesigned address management UX on customer app. 
• With the research team and data explored a new design for the “order pick up” feature. Designed MVP that resulted in pick-up sessions increase from 24% to 124K sessions/month visiting the pick-up page.
• Internal initiatives: in 2 months led discovery on Figma projects delivery quality. Designed a new Figma template for all customer projects.


In the Fintech team:
• Led qualitative UX research on money/invoices understanding with 10 couriers; on invoice management with internal operations team. Result: designed new Admin section UX to automatize operations as sending 5 MM invoices/month, redesigned invoices. 
• Facilitated workshop on opportunities for advance payouts for Glovo Partners. Designed UX for first MVPs, where partners can withdraw funds instantly by paying our business a fee.
• Internal initiatives: led UX Newsletter, facilitated discovery on ways of working.

• Lead Yoroi wallet design process.
• Onboarded new designers.
• Designed Fiborite NFT Marketplace from name idea to launch. Collaborated closely with the head of product to set up a strong product value proposition, and researched the NFT marketplace area.

•  Analized existing e-commerce product and Japanese UX; revealed pain points and differences with the European products. Mobile app redesign for the European market, logo redesign.
•  Collaborated with engineers, lead product designer.

•  With the team as the answer to unclear client’s needs on medical platform product, we organized the process, competitive research, and proposed the solution for the web dashboard and the android app and in delivered design in short terms.
•  Redesigned visual identity and Instagram page of the restaurant, that grew new customers.
•  Improved visual/packaging design of the product. It grew awareness, engaged other brands to use the product. Together with the team customized Instagram visual strategy, that increased sales. The product was successfully launched on the Turkish market and exported to 6 countries.

• Collaborated with designers, engineers, photographers, and marketing managers, sometimes directly with clients.

•  Worked with various clients, like bloggers, IT companies,  musicians, food brands on a contract basis, run my own bow tie accessory brand O.Bowy.
•  Landing pages, 2D illustrations, visual brand identities, posters, presentations.

• Create a visual identity for early-stage startups supported with a web landing page, presentations, social media posts.
• Collaborate in a small team with engineers, and participate in pre-sales.
