About Martina Peer

Owner at Strategic Stories

I’m a Content Designer with a foundation in graphic design, branding, and marketing, and experience driving measurable product impact inside big tech.

I’ve led content experimentation on high-visibility surfaces seen by tens of millions of users, translating behavioral signals into language that moved key metrics at scale. My work sits at the intersection of systems thinking, personalization and trust.

I write Strategic Stories, where I explore how product decisions shape lived experience – and how intent, not demographics, should guide design. https://strategicstories.substack.com/

Currently on an open-ended sabbatical, I’m studying how digital systems influence behavior across contexts and cultures.

I’m happy to discuss: • Senior-level content strategy and experimentation • Driving business outcomes through language • Personalization, behavioral signals and intent modeling • Career pivots into content design • Navigating influence in complex product environments
