Involved in product definition efforts for the 600,000 users app. Responsible to communicate product needs with key strategic and technical partners that make the product functional and competitive. Work closely with engineers, business executives and marketing stakeholders.

I started as a UI designer and helped grow the Design practice in the project. In time I helped grow and improve the Scrum practice and later became a Scrum Master for a couple of the projects the team helped develop.

Scrum collaboaration with Engineering in for both the tablet and the web app. In charge of wireframing, user flows, interaction patterns, design patterns prototyping and fweekly eature validation with stakeholders.

Responsible to grow the Design Team technical and soft skills. Improve team productivity, design quality, design process, and client communication. Involved in Talent Management and Development, Sales Support, Operations and Design Training.

I have mentored more than 400 students in topics like:

Designed 2 mobile applications from start to finish, one for Android and other for iOS platform for both smartphone and tablet devices. Worked closely with mobile app developers.

User Testing: We perform user testing sessions with potential users from companies in the region to validate some of the primary assumptions we had in the beginning. the result of this testing sessions resulted in a dramatic modification in the user flows of the app.

ACHIEVEMENTS: I provided UI support for the team. It was a quick project since we had to iterate on a couple of weeks and then bring something together at the end of the month. The client was very happy with the quick and fantastic results in such a short time frame.

ACHIEVEMENTS: A quick design iteration with the current team at the moment, I helped execute on some of the design tasks to make sure we deliver on time. Doing Hi-Fi Design iterations, User Flows improvements and attended to a bunch of client meetings.

ACHIEVEMENTS: This was a startup that was going into the mainstream portrayed in programs such as Shark Tank. The challenge was to quickly iterate with the founder to design a responsive landing page and the mobile apps for iOS both in tablet and smartphone versions. We did everything from understanding the user needs, the user stories, the business needs, the user flows, the information architecture, the wireframing, the prototyping and the final designs.

Clear Mechanic: Improve user interface Research how mechanics use the app and also how agents at car agencies do the inventory of the vehicle when receiving it for service.

ACHIEVEMENTS: Improvements on the User Interface of an existing app.

★ Leverage research-based methodologies to guide product design activities in line with the needs of end-users.  

★ Direct user research and interface design functions involving the creation of personas, visualizations, story boards, task flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes.  

★ Manage user story definition processes involving product requirements, product backlog management, scrum ceremonies, and elimination of obstacles to facilitate agile development.  

★ Successfully developed and delivered 18 projects to achieve desired company results. 

★ Mentored and coached agile teams to optimize development speed and deliver tangible value code more rapidly.   

★ Developed a Career Path for designers and directed the UX strategy with focus on improving both employee and customer satisfaction scores.  

★ Utilize various quantitative/qualitative research methods to continually measure and optimize the user experience.
