With 12+ years industry experience, I am a Human Centered Design leader and strategist. I've delivered on projects across both public and private sector, through corporate and agency, dealing with high value and high impact contexts.
I've not only built and led high performance teams from the ground up, I've also led and delivered for the greater design community by operating an IxDA chapter for 6+ years.
My first step into design and the world of HCD was the pioneering university course I attended in Scotland, one of the first back when 'UX' wasn't jargon and the design the industry knew was primarily graphics/web.
