I’m a design leader with over 20 years of experience in the field. In my day job I build design organizations that contribute to achieving business goals while satisfying user needs, helping designers grow, and building partnerships across disciplines. As they say, no person is an island. Throughout my career, I was lucky enough to have worked with extremely kind and talented people who helped me grow my skills, were mentors, and got me moving again if I happened to get stuck.
