Senior UXR Programme Manager at Google
As a User Experience Programme Manager in corporate tech, my goal is to enable teams to multiply their impact and refine their craft by providing them with the tools to operate effectively with our core customers in mind. Today that involves vibe coding solutions to help meet high operational velocity and continued innovation, thinking beyond existing systems and evolving prompt design. Previous portfolio's of work entailed Empathy programmes with the aim of assisting teams to build more inclusive products for future generations. Current work is conducting research operations in the Commerce UXR space, establishing UX operations and strategic alignment across functions and departments.
“I came to Mary unsure whether moving from product design into UX program management even made sense. She understood my background fast and reflected it back in the language of her own role, so I could see which parts of my past work actually count for it. She was clear about where AI is really changing the day-to-day, and pointed me at concrete things to look into.”
“I had an amazing experience with Mary as my mentor. Her communication skills made it easy to discuss my career questions, and her support was very valuable. I felt motivated and supported throughout our session. I highly recommend booking a session with Mary.”
“Mary helped me get more inclined with UXR which is something that I am lacking in experience and currently struggle with in my project due to the lack of real users. She was very helpful in finding solutions that will fit my specific case. I like her professionalism and enthusiasm about the topic and would definitely recommend her as a mentor if you are interested in deep diving into UXR methods.”
