About Nousha Ladoni
Product Designer at PodConverge
With over 5 years of prior teaching experience at the college and university level, I transitioned into the dynamic realm of UX design. In 2020, I proudly founded a UX design club, where I have been dedicated to nurturing a group of designers, facilitating their learning and fostering collaborative knowledge growth.
Drawing from more than 5 years of hands-on experience in the design field, my aspiration is to positively impact the UX community by guiding and mentoring fellow designers. I am passionate about driving change and leaving a lasting legacy, which is what brings me to this mentorship opportunity. My mission is to inspire and empower emerging UX professionals to thrive in their careers.
