Heading up a PMO and Creative Operations team and discipline, helping make great work easier, and overseeing the execution of creative initiatives for Intuitive’s internal agency across multiple channels

-Architect and implement foundational operational processes and workflows, enhancing team productivity and optimizing creative output

Developed scalable processes for Creative X, Meta's 300 strong in-house creative team serving Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and the Meta brand

- Architected a talent optimization approach in collaboration with Creative X senior leadership and cross-functional working teams, initiating team-wide adoption of a Project Management tool for planning and reporting

- Led a strategic workstream to define shared values and operational best practices for integrating discipline teams across apps 

- Led the development of custom in-system reporting on key utilization metrics, enabling long-lead planning for team composition and attrition while optimizing effort against priorities

Led special projects and programs that span marketing and broader Zillow cross-company collaboration, bringing the creative team further upstream in roadmaps and planning, tools implementation, and scaling operational processes. 

- Lead a team of Ops specialists in Resource Management, Digital Asset Management, and Ops Program Management 

- Drove leadership development of annual operating plan, aligning objectives and key results with the studio's vision and priorities. Resulted in over 90% of OKRs met for 2020-2021

- Partnered across Marketing to develop and implement a process of initiative prioritization and quarterly planning, bringing creative effort to within 10% of target annual utilization

Stood up a Creative Operations discipline for Studio Z, Zillow's in-house creative team, and lead a PMO responsible for execution of all creative and production deliverables for Zillow. 

- Designed and codified a holistic landscape of best practices in collaboration with studio leadership and discipline leads, including introducing standardized project intake and resource management 

- Implemented rigorous, automated utilization reporting to inform staff planning and prioritization, driving team to within 10% of target annual utilization 

- Oversaw the creation of annual operating budgets, maintaining a cadence of forecasting and finance reporting, enabling a reduction in unused funds

Led Program Management and Client Service for DesignStudio in the US, ensuring outstanding execution against client priorities in line with the agency’s strategic priorities. Responsible for development of annual staffing plans and financial forecasts, team effectiveness and operations.

Program lead for a digital citizenship program for children aged 7-12, involving collaboration from a wide range of stakeholders across Google including engineering, research, legal, policy, creative, production, and external agencies.

Delivery Lead and Program Manager for the Levi's and Nvidia accounts, responsible for all aspects of production across teams of up to fifteen including forecasting, retainer mapping, staffing cross-functional teams, vendors and external agency partners, and managing PMs.

Delivery lead for Levi’s and a Sr PM on the Anheuser Busch account, and produced two massive campaigns - one a global interactive platform for Levi's and the other a live social media response team for Bud Light's "Up for Whatever" Superbowl campaign.

Producer and Production lead for EA Sports. Collaborated with partners across the agency and leadership to roll out the PM function and help design a pitch process for startups.

Clients included: DKNY, Bank of America, EA Games, PG&E and Nivea. 
Agencies included: Mekanism, Organic, FCB San Francisco and FCB London.
Budgets ranged from $250K - $2.1M

In my first agency PM role, I worked with the inspiring creative and technology teams at AKQA London, producing campaigns for Nike and Coke.
