TPM on the Conversational Engineering team, leveraging an in-house AI/ML and natural language processing (NLP) platform to interpret customer intent and deliver solutions through a web chat bot.

Evaluated and organized data to support the accounting, marketing, and sales departments. Managed inventory items, overseeing daily inventory operations, and implementing inventory control protocols. Developed and maintained standard reporting tools, such as weekly sales reports, to streamline reporting processes. Conducted extensive data analysis to assess operational initiatives and enhance both operational and sales efficiency.

Managed NETGEAR’s presence across multiple consumer channels and updated product content on the corporate website using a content management system. Facilitated content syndication by organizing and distributing product information to content partners. Led and managed NETGEAR’s Test and Review program, maintaining participant information with attention to detail. Oversaw the inventory of hundreds of products and conducted hardware and software testing to ensure product quality, including updating devices with the latest firmware.

Start-Up, fast-paced environment. I collaborated directly with the CEO and Director of Marketing to develop strategies that articulated the company's value proposition and enhanced product marketing efforts.
