I’m an ICF PCC-certified coach, Business Psychologist, and Genos Emotional Intelligence Practitioner with experience supporting international professionals, emerging leaders, and entrepreneurs through career and life transitions.

Having lived and worked abroad for over 10 years, I understand the challenges of building a career in a new country, adapting to different cultures, communicating with confidence, and maintaining a strong sense of identity. Throughout my career, I have worked in entrepreneurship, operations, people development, and coaching, completing more than 500 individual coaching sessions.

As a mentor, I can support you with career clarity, leadership confidence, emotional intelligence, personal development, adapting to international workplaces, and navigating professional change. My approach is practical, supportive, and thought-provoking. I will help you understand where you are, identify what may be holding you back, and turn your ideas into realistic action.
