About marzieh yazdanipour
Senior Business Analyst at Beacon Cymru
Hello, I’m Marzi. I have over 10 years of experience in business analysis and 3 years in product ownership and management. I’ve contributed to the analysis, design, and implementation of more than six financial products, all of which have been successfully launched and are currently in use across three major banks. Alongside this, I also have hands-on experience in ERP implementations, SharePoint development, and process improvement. Over time, I’ve learnt how valuable it is to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions-and just as importantly, how much difference the right guidance can make in someone’s career. I’d like to become a mentor on ADPList because I believe in sharing that experience - both the successes and the lessons I’ve learnt along the way. For me, mentoring is about giving others clarity, confidence, and direction so they can move forward faster and avoid the roadblocks I once faced. It’s a way for me to give back, support others in their journey, and contribute to building a culture of continuous learning.
