In an impressively condensed timeframe, our team, which included graphic design specialists and UX researchers, undertook the task of rapidly refining and optimizing the UI and UX prior to the MVP launch. In response to swift feedback from focus groups, we efficiently conceptualized and executed a new visual identity (BVI) while making substantial upgrades to the application. Our ability to work with exceptional speed and agility was instrumental in achieving these remarkable results.

As the Leading Designer for the secondary market, I was responsible for creating the first Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and developing the future perspective of the product. l worked closely with the team and stakeholders to ensure that the product meets the needs and requirements of the market.

I joined the platform as a senior product designer. At first, I was responsible for designing the client side of the platform and the back office. Later I shifted my focus to designing the visual advisor tools, the client portal as well as growth and improvement of product KPI (such as conversion, activation, etc). I was also a supervisor to a junior designer.

I was invited to join team HCB as a product Design Specialist to implement a new strategy for the Home Credit Bank group in Kazakhstan. I was working on the design systems and then moved to develop a new design for a transactions section. The aim of the bank was to reinvent the design to move from a credit bank to an online product for everyday transactions.

As part of my work in Localie, I moved from a Mid-level designer to the Head of Design (founding designer). As the only designer in a fast-growing startup, I was involved in all aspects of the platform, actively accelerating product growth, and testing the effectiveness of launched MVPs.
