I've embraced a versatile role, transitioning seamlessly between lead UX designer and hands-on contributor, encompassing a wide spectrum of activities such as user research, strategy development, solution design, usability testing, and visual design, ultimately contributing to project success.

On a daily basis, I collaborate closely with the business development team to engage with potential clients. My role involves delving into their unique problem spaces and crafting persuasive pre-sales pitches, driving the acquisition of new projects.

My expertise extends to overseeing the entire design process, actively participating in activities like stakeholder kick-off meetings, alignment workshops, user requirement gathering, user research, data analysis, and synthesis. Additionally, I conduct heuristics evaluations, shape digital strategies and roadmaps, facilitate rapid ideation workshops, and lead idea prioritisation efforts. These contributions have led to the development of comprehensive UX flows, wireframes, and captivating user interfaces, animations, and interactions.

Successfully delivered projects across a diverse spectrum of industries, earning recognition for the high quality of work. Clients have spanned Australian Government Agencies, Social/Community Care, Manufacturing/Processing, Agriculture, Beverages, Airlines, Insurance, and more.

I joined Concentrix Catalyst (formerly Tigerspike) in 2017 as a User Experience Designer, initially in Singapore. My role involved collaborating with the pre-sales team to create digital design solutions for client acquisition. On projects, I performed various roles, from overseeing the entire design process to hands-on work, including stakeholder meetings, user research, and strategy development. I conducted evaluations, shaped strategies, and facilitated creative workshops, resulting in comprehensive UX designs.

Key Responsibilities and Achievements:
Collaborated with the pre-sales team to create design solutions, contributing to client acquisition.
Wore different hats in project execution, from managing the design process to active involvement in activities like stakeholder meetings, user research, and requirements gathering.
Conducted evaluations, informed strategies, and crafted roadmaps, ensuring project success.
Led creative workshops, fostering innovation and idea prioritisation.
Translated insights into comprehensive UX designs, including user flows and visually appealing interfaces.

Engaged with diverse clients across industries, including Airlines, Airports, Telecom, Insurance, eCommerce, Banking, Finance, and Transport, addressing complex business, client, and customer challenges.

During my time at AdNovum Singapore, I transitioned to an in-house product design and development company. There, I closely collaborated with our product design and development teams to enhance our in-house products, enrich their features, and craft a comprehensive digital product strategy and roadmap.

Key Responsibilities and Achievements:
Spearheaded the creation of user-centric designs, graphic user interfaces, visuals, animations, and interactive elements to advance our internet-based products.
Provided expert guidance and coaching to clients, software engineers, and business analysts, offering valuable insights into user interface and user experience design, ensuring the smooth execution of projects.
As a regional lead UX/UI designer based in Singapore, I played a pivotal role in helping our high-tech engineering teams design, develop, and launch innovative digital identity management solutions. These solutions supported various enterprise clients in navigating their digital transformations, including notable organisations like the Monetary Authority of Singapore, Maritime Port Authority, National Arts Council, and others.
Supported the planning, proposal, and presentation of UX strategies to prospective clients and leads, contributing to business expansion.
Adhered to both waterfall and agile methodologies to align with clients' delivery preferences. My workflow encompassed a wide range of tasks, including responding to RFPs, conducting user requirement workshops, ideating solutions, creating wireframes and rapid prototypes, conducting product heuristics evaluations, designing high-fidelity user interfaces, and delivering functional HTML/CSS prototypes and assets for development.

I relocated to Singapore and worked for Avanade Pte Ltd. from 2013 to 2015. During this period, I partnered with cross-functional technology and design teams on-site to understand our clients' business and user requirements, resulting in the development of digital products and information systems. I applied human-centered design processes and tools, including mental models, user scenarios, site maps, wireframes, task flows, user interface specifications, and prototypes. Additionally, I supported the commercial teams by creating multimedia presentations and artifacts for business development efforts and RFP submissions. Some notable achievements include designing an enterprise property inspection system, a private banking solution, a 360 interactive shopping experience concept for Microsoft Xbox One, and an interactive betting kiosk system for Singapore Pools, among others.
