As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Iungo S.p.A., my primary mission revolved around translating the company's strategic vision into a comprehensive Product Roadmap. This roadmap served as a blueprint, aligning technology solutions with both short-term objectives and long-term aspirations. My approach centered on the sustainable implementation of these solutions, consistently achieving budgetary and timeline goals.
In my capacity as CTO, I had the privilege of overseeing a dynamic team of approximately 30 professionals. My leadership style is rooted in fostering the holistic growth of team members, emphasizing both their professional and personal development. I am deeply committed to instilling agile development best practices and cultivating a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

As a Technical Leader, my responsibilities encompassed defining project scope, crafting innovative solutions, and lead-
ing a dedicated development team. My role also entailed rigorous oversight of project timelines, budget management,
and ensuring the high-quality delivery of software.
