Founding designer at BenchSci, where I shipped five 0 to 1 launches and designed the company's first AI copilot for scientists. Designed the patterns that made a multi-agent system trustworthy for researchers making high-stakes decisions. I've owned product areas end to end when there was no PM, prototype in code, and work shoulder-to-shoulder with engineers so the details reach users.
