I led the full-cycle design process of CommandCentral Notify, a critical mass notification system. This involved initial concept development, user research, prototyping, user testing, and final implementation.

The project demanded a deep understanding of public safety needs, which I achieved by undertaking specialized IPAWS certification. This not only enriched my knowledge but significantly enhanced the product's relevance and functionality.

I also fostered a strong collaborative environment with cross-functional teams, ensuring our design solutions were robust, scalable, and met the rigorous standards of public safety software.

As a guest lecturer, I delivered sessions on Strategy in UX Design, blending theoretical concepts with practical insights drawn from my professional experience.

Actively engaged in mentoring, focusing on equipping students with the necessary skills and knowledge to successfully transition into professional roles in UX design.

I was deeply involved in the comprehensive rebranding efforts for ABB. My primary focus was on refining the digital presence of ABB’s brand, ensuring that it was not only visually appealing but also highly functional and user-friendly. This entailed a meticulous process of assessing and redesigning ABB’s digital interfaces, including their website, mobile applications, and online platforms.

A critical part of my role was to ensure that the digital redesign aligned seamlessly with ABB’s established corporate identity. This required a deep understanding of ABB's brand values, vision, and market positioning. I collaborated closely with brand strategists and digital marketers to create a cohesive visual language that resonated with ABB’s audience while reinforcing its brand identity.

As part of my role, I actively contributed to the Brand Governance Helpdesk, offering expert advice on maintaining brand consistency. Additionally, I managed fleet branding, overseeing the design application on company vehicles. 

This role required a unique blend of design creativity, strategic brand management, and an in-depth understanding of user interaction, significantly impacting ABB’s digital and physical brand presence.
