About Matheus Tanaka
Group Product Manager at BEES | Ambev
I’m passionate about exploring real people's problems and finding great solutions for them. My greatest dream is to create amazing products that positively impact people's lives. For the past 5 years, product management is the way I chose to do that!
I'm proud of having the opportunity to structure the product management area at GeekHunter, being able to bring best practices that enabled the company to learn faster and generate great results at a faster pace.
In 2019, I joined AB-InBev, the biggest brewery in the world, to become a digital transformation agent. I had the opportunity to actively contribute to a transformation in our ways of working moving from a waterfall project management approach to an agile approach, implementing product discovery practices and an evidence-informed decision-making process.
BEES is currently transforming the way that CPG companies interact with their customers (retailers) substituting the traditional sales process with a technology-enabled process supported by an entire suite of products.
