👋 Hey there! I am a designer with a focus on creating accessible, equitable and human-centered experiences. Currently that looks like helping modernize healthcare in America at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. Where I support cross-cutting initiates aligned with The Biden-Harris administration, such as making behavioral health services more accessible.
👨💻Throughout my career I've worked at the intersection of communication, product design, and technology. I have influenced digital systems that are used by millions of people across retail, agriculture, healthcare, banking, non-profits and government. These include The Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis, the U.S Treasury Department, United Healthcare, United Health Group, U.S. Bank, Best Buy, CHS Inc, and many more.
👨🏻🏫 In addition I've taught at many organizations focused on opening doors into technology through organizations like Genesys Works, Prime Digital Academy, and Minneapolis College of Art and Design.
🔮 For my next role I'm interested in leadership positions focused on building organizational capacity for empathetic design and advancing long term financial outcomes for those living in America
