Hello, I'm Matt a UX designer. I have a non-traditional path to becoming a designer. My undergrad was in fine art and I have a master's degree in Industrial Design. I became interested in the process of human-centered design while earning my master's degree and decided to pursue UX design as my career path. Before UX design, I spent many years in the bicycle industry doing sales, service and ultimately starting my own custom bicycle fabrication business. I have experience working in cross discipline teams, leading multi-day workshops, reviewing portfolios, building products in complex domains, working with stakeholders, building team relationships and more.
