About Matt Crooks
Principal Data Scientist at BBC
I'm a trained coach and like to adopt a coaching style to my mentoring where possible. I believe mentees are the experts in themselves and I like to empower them to overcome their challenges by encouraging them to question their own thinking.
If you have a particular challenge that you'd like to overcome then please get in touch for a coaching session. This could include, but not limited to, setting goals, improving motivation, career progression, professional relationships, or job crafting.
If you would like data science mentoring then I can additionally draw on my own experiences in the field to facilitate the discussion.
