I am responsible for modernising the aesthetic and improving the experience of the Self Assessment product within Xero Tax. I also contributed clarifying the roadmap for the Tax portfolio, a foundational piece to set the strategy for the mid to long term.

I specialised in human information seeking behaviours and applied those insights to Zoopla’s property search experience. I also took part of a number of redesign and tech migration work streams as well as contributing to the formation of the Zoopla Design System.

As part of PWC’s Experience Centre team in London. I helped businesses understand what makes their customer tick in order to tackle major problems with simple solutions.

Behavioural Design team lead. Working with a range of ambitious clients on bringing behavioural insights into the design of products and services. Helping businesses nudge products beyond the ordinary by enabling people to make better choices for themselves, simply by designing for the brain.

Day to day I create digital experiences that can be mapped directly to the business and user requirements of the project. As well as direct Junior, Intermediate and Senior UX designers during the UX process.
