In charge of governance and execution of User Experience initiatives in the R&D organization, including the establishment of an R&D-wide User Experience Quality that will act as the backbone for elevating our UX practices in global R&D in Grid Automation under Enterprise Software Solutions.

Build and lead user experience teams globally under the Global VP of Research & Development.

- Support designers at every stage of their careers, whether they’re aiming for a promotion or navigating the job search. 
- Help UX professionals and entrepreneurs develop user-focused products and build their careers. 
- Actively consulting and offering UX services, and UX audits and a range of other UX services to companies across industries.

UKG is a new company when Ultimate Software and Kronos merged together.

- Ideate, iterate, and create specifications and redlines for Design System components.
- Collaborate with the rest of the Design Systems team on the design system infrastructure and release management process.
- Ensure that design collateral and symbol libraries match the shipping Design System release
- Contribute to UX and design system strategy
- Produce compelling, engaging, user experiences that allow users to accomplish their tasks easily and efficiently. Achieve these goals while still fulfilling stated business requirements, project goals, and product vision.
- Contribute toward and employ established UX patterns and conventions in experiences tailored to target devices (desktop, tablet, phone, etc.…)
- Document the results of design related meetings and document design deliverables
- Also various levels of involvement in user research activities including but not limited to:
-Creating test plans, research proposals for concepts and shipped products
-Assisting researchers with user testing and data gathering
-Analyzing, implementing Pendo to get reliable data for our internal peeps


Accomplishments:
-Worked with Design Language Team to create DLS from start-up
-Delivering a product called Privacy Manager to save billions for the company
-Delivering products with 100% DLS components to empower internal teams and processes.
-Created an accessible user testing website for our products
-Running accessibility user testing with colleagues to create inclusive user testing for all.

Help UXPA Board Members and Director of Volunteers to create a top notch Volunteer experience within the organization AND in the conference itself. Some of the tasks include: recruiting volunteers, updating/managing scheduling in back-end systems, managing/assisting volunteers before and during the conference.

Conceptualizing, designing and A/B testing or user testing website interactions are my main tasks.

*To be responsible for leading the user experience (UX) for multiple website structures, information architecture, navigation as well as user interactions. 
*Mentor the UX team. Establish and maintain core processes and ensure efficient operation of the team.
*Working cross functionally with technical teams as well as information architects to create and develop new products as well as re-energize existing products on our websites and mobile applications.

*Provide subject matter expertise and assistance through coaching/mentoring to ensure that business requirements and specifications are prepared in accordance with established standards and to oversee that site concepts are aligned with strategic business plans.
*Direct and/or undertake appropriate research and analysis with website users, business partners, outside suppliers and the business client community to gain an understanding of user needs. 
*Provide vision and planning on how to evolve and grow the website in line with Trader's business plans.

*Provide input and assist in leading design development strategy and design conversion metrics, establishing best practices and standards, design procedures, process and establish critical paths for projects.

Briefly my main duty is to be the voice of the user. 

Mainly act as a bridge between company and its clients to understand both sides and deliver the ideal UX for the product - through ideation, research, workflows, sketching and creating wireframes. I work with product management (PM) and the rest of the team to articulate and apply a variety of design methodologies to develop concepts and the necessary design and UX artifacts to implement the product vision.
