I'm Matthew, a well-versed Product person with experience in roles including Delivery Lead, Product Owner, and Business Analyst under my belt. I've gained experience across various sectors such as Government (GDS), Finance, Banking, and E-commerce.

One of my proudest accomplishments is when I worked on a project to revamp a service used by 207 Local Authorities, enhancing customer satisfaction from 50% to 80%, increasing digital uptake from 44% to 73%, and elevating the journey completion rate from 33% to 79%. By doing so, we saved the DfT £4.75m in the first year.

My approach to product management is steeped in lean thinking and effective communication. I focus on delivering in manageable slices and always keep the product vision and strategy at the forefront. I can't stress enough the importance of alignment, communication, and regular user interaction.

Now, as a mentor, I'm ready to share my insights and guide upcoming product enthusiasts on their journey. I firmly believe that with the right guidance, anyone can make their mark in the product management field.
