Design lead role working to keep users at the center of the payroll management process — reducing friction, saving time, clearly communicating payroll data to HR professionals.

I currently work with product owners, service leadership, content strategists, and developers
to design easy to use payroll software.

This includes overall design, requirement gathering, customer flow mapping, prototype building, and accessibility for a payroll modernization. I help bridge gaps with the larger multi-product, multi-national user experience and product teams to reinforce ADP's One UX design system strategy — focusing on transparency, relationship building, and partnering with leadership to help mature the product's overall maturity.

Lead role balancing solutions for Home Depot’s Décor squads focused on reinvigorating the company's online competitiveness for the décor space shopper. I worked with product management, development, content strategy, data science, analytics, and senior leadership to successfully translate customer needs into
best-in-class solutions that would later roll out across the entire .com
experience.

Responsible for prototype design, requirement building, competitive analysis, design sprint leading, lean UX, A/B split testing conceptualization, in-person testing, testing facilitation, remote test script writing, and stakeholder interviews with customers and associates.

Designer and architect for desktop / mobile web experiences during which we were named
Forrester's "Best Mobile Web Experience", Gartner named us "Digital Genius of The Year" and
Internet Retailer awarded us "Top Internet Retailer of the Year," primary focusing on atomic design patterns for shopping pages.

My role involved acting as liaison between internal teams to introduce
design thinking methodology, ensure rigorous user testing, and build a cohesive pattern library.
I helped Home Depot’s eCommerce sales increase 37% to $3.76 billion,
twice the rate of Amazon’s in the same period.

"Sales support position creating one-of-a-kind packaging for new business deliverables."

Brought on to primarily focus on reinventing Macquarium's brand strategy: the creation of collateral, document templates, compelling sales packaging, and work on internal promotions.

My passion for has good design and demonstrated versatility between mediums has resulted in a promotion to full time Interactive Designer.
