I started my career 13 years ago working as a Junior Art Director. Over time, I worked in an around several UI/UX teams. Leading and scaling my own team numerous times made me realize, that my true passion lies more on the team aspect, than the design side.
I always enjoyed mentoring and scaling my team in a healthy way. Design, team building, management standards, and communication are what I long for.
